I would like to share that ...
I see our eating pattern and diet as a key for our emotional well-being and our emotional well-being, as key for a balanced diet and balanced eating pattern.
Nutrition influences our way of being, deeply penetrated into every cell.
Holding a pattern for a period of time creates a new habit, a different / new way of “Being” & “Doing”.
So also with food.
Within a highly functioning system / society, in which we as humans often turn over hours in many aspects of our lives.
Is the relationship with food often disrupted.
My relationship with food has been quite a quest since childhood.
Restoring the relationship with my body, so also with food is a challenge.
Our nervous system is often overstimulated by the fast life and this can create restlessness. This manifests itself in many different ways.
Nutrition is certainly one of them.
Many food disturbances are known under different labels.
The labels do not matter, in my opinion it is all about the root / disturbance.
And this root is often growing trough our well-being I a destructive way.
Nutrition/Food is often led to Love. 
The motherly love that we can already feel deeply in our mother's belly.
The mother provides the child with nutrition and this creates the bonding / memory between Love & Nutrition in our subconscious mind.

Community: Ruk'u'x Ulew
A family that owns farm in Alta Verapaz, Guatemala and process it in San Marcos La Laguna, on the shores of Lake Atitlan.
Each bean is fermented, sun-dried, lightly roasted and peeled by hand.
It is milled in small batches and packaged fresh.
CaCao and Love are deeply interconnected in many parts of the world.
In the current large-scale production, the healing substances that Cacao has to offer are mainly lost due to many unhealthy additives.
This, combined with our relationship to nutrition and our sugar cravings, is the chocolate that is most often offered, far from healthy.
Pure Cacao is a powerful medicine that has existed for centuries, present in many old tribes.

HISTORY & CEREMONIES
In the past, cocoa was only consumed at higher classes of society.
What is known, Spaniards became acquainted with the sacred tree around the 16th century and cocoa originally comes from the Mayan civilisation.
KaKaw is therefore a word from the language of the Maya.
Found in beautiful hieroglyphic scriptures.
The tree and bean were & are considered sacred and have been used in rituals and ceremonies for thousands of years.
The Latin / Scientific name is “Theobroma Cacao” and means “Food of the Gods”.
